    What counts as an endpoint?

    Any device running the TridentStack agent counts as one endpoint. Servers and workstations are priced the same.

  2. Log 02 / First 200 free

    What do I get for free?

    Every account gets 200 endpoints free forever, with no paywalled features: the whole platform, every capability included. No credit card required, no time limit. For most small and mid-sized IT teams that covers the entire fleet; you only start paying past 200 endpoints.

  3. Log 03 / Fees

    Are there any hidden fees?

    No hidden fees. The $5/endpoint/month price includes all features. No per-user fees, no extra charges for API access, no add-ons.

  4. Log 04 / Annual billing

    Can I get a discount for annual billing?

    Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months, effectively $50/endpoint/year instead of $60. You can pick annual when you subscribe, or switch an existing monthly subscription to annual yourself from your billing settings. No sales call needed.

  5. Log 05 / Enterprise

    What about enterprise pricing?

    For deployments at or above 1,000 endpoints, or for requirements like custom SLAs and dedicated support, contact us for custom pricing.

  6. Log 06 / MSPs

    Can an MSP manage several clients on one account?

    Yes. Turn on Organizations in Settings and each client gets its own isolated Organization, with its own endpoints, policies, and enrollment token. It is included at no extra cost, like every other feature. The setup guide is at docs.tridentstack.com/administration/organizations.

  7. Log 07 / Team members

    Why do I need a business email for unlimited team members?

    Accounts using a business email domain get unlimited team members included. Personal email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) are limited to a single user. This helps us ensure teams can collaborate effectively while preventing abuse.
