Billing Terms

These Billing Terms describe how TridentStack Control is billed. They are between you, as the customer using TridentStack Control, and TridentStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They work alongside our Terms of Service and apply whenever you have paid endpoints on your account.

Every TridentStack Control account includes the first 200 endpoints at no cost, for as long as the account is active. You only pay for endpoints beyond that first 200.

If you pay by card or ACH debit through our payment processor, paid endpoints are billed at $5 per endpoint per month on a monthly plan, or $50 per endpoint per year on an annual plan.

Charges are calculated from the number of paid endpoints on your account at the start of each billing cycle and are processed automatically on that schedule.

Some accounts can pay by invoice instead of by card or ACH debit. Invoice billing must be requested and is subject to approval by TridentStack; your paid endpoint licenses are granted once your request is approved.

Invoice billing is charged annually in advance at $50 per endpoint per year. Each invoice is due within 30 days of its invoice date and is payable by ACH transfer or wire, using the payment instructions on the invoice.

If a card or ACH debit charge fails, or an invoice is not paid, your account enters a 60-day grace period. Your paid endpoints stay active during the grace period.

We notify you when the grace period starts, and send reminder emails on day 30 and day 53 of the grace period. If payment has not been resolved by day 60, and after those reminders have been sent, your paid licenses may be suspended.

Suspension returns your account to the 200 free endpoints. No Customer Data is deleted. Once payment is resolved, your paid endpoints are restored.

Prices do not include applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. Where TridentStack is required to collect them, they are added to your invoice or charge.

If you pay by card or ACH debit, you can change your endpoint count or billing cycle, or cancel, at any time from the billing page in your account.

These Billing Terms are version 2026-09-24, effective September 24, 2026, as shown at the top of this page. The version shown there is the one currently in effect and applies from its effective date.

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. We will always inform you of a change before your renewal date, and ask you to accept the new version before your next purchase or plan change.
