Prior to 4.1.137.Fina and 4.2.17.Final, io.netty.handler.ssl.SslClientHelloHandler#decode checks the wrong offset before reading the four-byte TLS handshake header, so a ClientHello whose handshake header spans records can cause an IndexOutOfBoundsException and invoke select(ctx, null). This selects the default SslContext instead of the SNI-specific context. In deployments where per-SNI clientAuth=REQUIRE is the sole mutual TLS gate, the default SslContext uses clientAuth=NONE or clientAuth=OPTIONAL, and no application-layer certificate verification exists, an unauthenticated remote attacker can bypass the protected route's mutual TLS requirement. In versions 1.0.0 through 3.2.0, an attacker who can submit multipart form-data can crash the parser by sending a part header whose name is a prototype-inherited property such as __proto__ or constructor. The internal header parser stores headers in a plain JavaScript object and assumes each value is an array, so an inherited property name resolves to a truthy non-array value and triggers a TypeError. Prior to version 0.8.0, the PayPalEmail payment adapter accepts PayPal IPN callbacks and credits the IPN-supplied amount (`mc_gross`) to the client's balance without validating it against the invoice total. Combined with a $0.05 floating-point epsilon tolerance in the invoice credit-payment logic, this allows a client to underpay an invoice by up to $0.04 and still have it marked as fully paid. Version 0.8.0 patches the issue. There is no effective workaround without modifying the source code. Merchants using the PayPalEmail adapter should monitor IPN transactions for amounts that do not match their corresponding invoice totals, and manually review and refund suspicious payments.

Prior to version 1.4.0, iIn handle_dht_get(), the DhtResults accumulator is only initialized when the first DHT record passes verification. If the first record fails (from a malicious DHT node), DhtResults is never created, and all subsequent valid records are discarded with "DHT inconsistent state" errors.
